Bom. HC: Can’t Book a Man for Abetting Suicide if he Refuses to Marry Woman after Breakup - (17 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has held that if a woman commits suicide when a man refuses to marry her after the breakup of the relationship it would not amount to abetment to commit suicide.
