Del. HC: Can File or Sustain Revocation Petition after Expiry of Term of Patent - (16 Jan 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has held that Revocation Petition can be filed or sustained after expiry of term of patent and merely because the term of patent has expired will not mean that the suit has become infructuous.
