SC Issues Notice on Anticipatory Bail Plea of Ex-IAS Probationary Officer Puja Khedkar - (16 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while issuing notice on the anticipatory bail plea of ex-IAS probationary officer Puja Khedkar, has directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against her in a criminal case registered for misrepresenting and falsifying facts in her application for Union Public Service Commission.
