SC Closes Contempt Proceedings against IMA President after Apology - (16 Jan 2025)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court in view of the apology tendered and affidavits filed by the President of the Indian Medical Association, has closed the contempt proceedings initiated against him over his remarks against court’s observations.
