Supreme Court Issues Directions for Ensuring Toilet Facilities in Court Premises - (15 Jan 2025)

CIVIL

SC while issuing directions for ensuring toilet facilities in court premises for women, physically disabled persons, transgender persons, etc, has directed State Government and Union Territories to allocate sufficient funds for the construction, maintenance and cleanliness of toilet facilities.
