NCLAT: Can Seek Eviction of Tenant from Corporate Debtor's Property under Tenancy Law - (14 Jan 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that eviction of tenant from corporate debtor’s property can be sought under Tenancy law and Adjudicating Authority cannot exercise power of eviction under Section 60(5) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
