Allahabad HC Stays Criminal Proceedings on Ground of Inordinate Delay Caused by State - (14 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has stayed criminal proceeding in a thirty four year old case after taking into account that inordinate delay was caused by the State in concluding the case.
