Tel. HC: Parent Who is Lawful Guardian Taking Child from Custody of Other Parent is Not Kidnapping - (13 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Telangana HC has restated that if a parent who is the legal guardian of a child takes away the child from the custody of the other parent, such an act shall not amount to kidnapping.
