Supreme Court: Can’t Cut Trees in Mumbai's Aarey Colony without Court’s Permission - (13 Jan 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court has directed the Tree Authority of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation not to grant any permission for tree felling in Aarey colony area without prior permission of the Court.
