SC: In Presence of Direct Reliable Witness, Non-Recovery of Weapon Won’t Affect Prosecution’s Case - (13 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that if direct reliable witnesses are present, non- recovery of weapon used in the crime will not be fatal for the prosecution’s case.
