SC: Employers Insisting on Experience Gained After Obtaining Qualification Can Have Exceptions - (13 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that although, normally, experience gained after acquiring a particular qualification could justifiably be insisted upon by the employer, there could be certain exceptions.
