Bom. HC: In Appeal against Award of Compensation Court Can’t Condone Delay Beyond 120-Day Period - (10 Jan 2025)

LIMITATION

Bombay High Court has observed that court cannot condone delay beyond a period of 120 days in filing an appeal against the award of compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
