SC: Plea of Juvenility Not Properly Considered by Courts Can’t be Treated as Final - (10 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court has held that when Courts fail to properly consider plea of juvenility it cannot be considered as final and parties can raise fresh plea of juvenility.
