SC Sets Aside Ex-Parte Arbitration Awards against UP Government in Sham Arbitration Proceedings - (10 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court has set aside ex-parte arbitration awards passed against U.P. Government on grounds of fraud by litigant who self-appointed/nominated arbitrator and conducted sham arbitration proceedings.
