Gau HC Asks Assam Govt. to Inform about Implementation of SOP on Medical Facilities for Transgenders - (09 Jan 2025)

Gauhati High Court has asked the Assam Government to provide information about implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the Union Ministry and Health & Family Welfare regarding treatment and medical facilities to be provided to the transgender community.
