SC: Centre to Frame Cashless Treatment Scheme for Road Accident During ‘Golden Hour’ by 14th March - (09 Jan 2025)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Supreme Court has directed the Central Government to make a scheme for cashless treatment for victims of motor vehicle accidents during the “golden hour” in terms of Sub Section (2) of Section 162 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
