Karnataka HC Refuses to Quash Communication Issued to Ola Electric in CCPA Investigation - (08 Jan 2025)

Karnataka High Court while refusing to quash communication issued to OLA Electric as part of a Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) investigation against the company, has held that the communication directing OLA Electric to furnish documents has been issued in interest of the consumers.
