Ker. HC: It is the Inherent Power of Consumer Commissions to Stay Execution of Order Under Challenge - (08 Jan 2025)

Kerala High Court has observed that Consumer Commissions have the inherent power to stay execution of an order passed by the District or State Commission subject to the condition of the appellant filing an application seeking the stay.
