Supreme Court: Cap of 10 Years Experience Not Applicable to Post of Treasurer - (08 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing a plea seeking reservation for women lawyers in Delhi District Bar Associations, has clarified that cap of 10 years experience is not applicable to post of treasurer.
