Raj. HC: Can’t Use Land Recorded As “For Mining Purposes” for Agricultural Purpose - (07 Jan 2025)

Rajasthan High Court has held that when the nature of land has been recorded as “for mining purposes” in the revenue records, the same cannot be used for agricultural purposes.
