NCLAT: Corporate Debtor’s Last Payment within Limitation Period Amounts to Acknowledgement - (06 Jan 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that Corporate Debtor’s act of making last payment within the limitation period amounts to acknowledgement under Section 19 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
