Supreme Court: Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is a Complete Code in Itself - (06 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court while disapproving High Court's order interdicting a CIRP under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) has held that IBC is a complete code in itself, having sufficient checks and balances, remedial avenues and appeals.
