SC: Tribunal under Parents & Senior Citizens Act May Order Eviction & Transfer of Possession - (03 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court has clarified that Tribunals under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 may order eviction and transfer of possession if it is necessary and expedient to ensure the protection of the senior citizen.
