CCI Closes Plea regarding Abuse of Dominant Position by Coal India Limited - (02 Jan 2025)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has closed a plea regarding abuse of dominant position by Coal India Limited on the ground that there is no prima-facie case of contravention of provisions of Competition Act, 2002.
