Ker. HC Stays Proceedings requiring Malayalam Newspaper to Disclose Source on Report of Data Leak - (02 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Ker. HC has stayed proceedings initiated by the police's Crime Branch asking a Malayalam newspaper to reveal sources through which the newspaper accessed a note by the Kerala Public Service Commission(KPSC) stating that the name and password of several PSC applicants were available on the dark web.
