SEBI Issues Circular regarding Transfer of Shareholdings - (31 Dec 2024)

CAPITAL MARKET

Securities and Exchange Board of India has issued a circular providing clarification with respect to transfer of shareholding among immediate relatives and transmission of shareholding in respect of investment advisers, research analysts and Know Your Client registration agencies.
