Madras HC Grants Bail to Activist Making Offensive Comments Against a Woman - (27 Dec 2024)

Madras High Court has granted bail to a temple activist who allegedly made derogatory comments against a woman on social media. The Court asked the accused to delete all offensive comments from social media platforms.
