Delhi High Court Criticizes DDA for Gross Negligence in Construction of Apartments - (26 Dec 2024)

Delhi High Court while criticizing Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for sub-standard construction of apartments, has allowed demolition of the same and payment of interim rent promptly while the residents stay in alternative accommodation.
