NCLAT: RP Can Withdraw Application u/s 12A of IBC Before it is Heard or Allowed - (26 Dec 2024)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that a Resolution Professional can withdraw a CIRP withdrawal application under Section 12 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before the application is heard or allowed.
