NCLAT: Submission of Status Report in Cr. Proceeding Won’t Have Bearing While Deciding App u/s 7 IBC - (26 Dec 2024)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that while deciding an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 submission of status report in criminal proceeding regarding allegations of fraud and forgery can have no bearing on it.
