J&K HC: Can Set Aside an Award Passed by Ineligible Arbitrator - (24 Dec 2024)

ARBITRATION

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, an award passed by an ineligible arbitrator can be set aside.
