Jharkhand HC: Can’t Detain a Person on Ground of Holding Fair Elections - (24 Dec 2024)

ELECTION

Jharkhand High Court while allowing a petition challenging an order of preventive detention, has observed that no person can be detained on the grounds that it is necessary to properly conduct Assembly Elections.
