SC: Under Mohammedan Law, Partition of Property During Owner's Lifetime is Impermissible - (23 Dec 2024)

Supreme Court has observed that as the concept of partition is not recognized under Mohammedan Law thus the partition of a property through a gift deed during an owner's lifetime cannot be validated.
