SC: Prima Facie Delay in Compliance of S. 52A of NDPS Act No Ground to Release Accused On Bail - (23 Dec 2024)

CRIMINAL

SC has stated that any prima facie delay or lapse in compliance of Section 52A of NDPS Act by itself would not be a ground to release the accused on bail unless the conditions mandated under Section 37(1)(b) of the Act have been found to have been satisfied.
