SC: Can’t Issue Completion Certificate Unless Satisfied that Construction done as Per Permission - (19 Dec 2024)

Supreme Court while issuing guidelines for curbing unauthorized constructions, has directed that building completion certificate cannot be issued unless inspecting officer is satisfied that construction has been done as per building planning permission.
