SC: High Court Cannot Pass Order Seeking Explanation from Judicial Officer for Judicial Action - (18 Dec 2024)

ADMINISTRATIVE

Supreme Court has stated that High Court cannot pass an order calling for an explanation from a judicial officer for judicial action and any such direction of calling for an explanation is inappropriate. It is only the administrative side that can seek explanation from a judicial officer.
