BCI to SC: Practicing Advocates Cannot Simultaneously Work as Full Time Journalists - (17 Dec 2024)

Bar Council of India has informed the Supreme Court that practicing advocates cannot simultaneously work as full time journalists as there are rules that prohibit advocates to pursue full time journalism.
