SC: Concerned Over Wrong & Rampant Conversions of Civil Disputes into Criminal Cases - (17 Dec 2024)

Supreme Court while hearing a plea seeking quashing of charges under Indian Penal Code, 1860, has expressed concerns over rampant practices of converting civil disputes into criminal cases in several states.
