Bom. HC: Authority Processing Duty Credit Scrip Application is the Adjudicating Authority for Appeals - (13 Dec 2024)

Bombay High Court has held that authority processing applications for duty credit scrip entitlement shall be the 'adjudicating authority' for appeals under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992.
