SC: Wife Not Filing Complaint of Cruelty for Years Doesn’t Mean There Was No Cruelty - (13 Dec 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while rejecting a husband’s plea for discharge in a cruelty case, has observed that merely because the wife did not file any complaint for twelve years does not guarantee that there was no instance of cruelty or harassment.
