SC: No Registration of Further Suits against Places of Worship till Further Orders - (13 Dec 2024)

TRUSTS AND SOCIETIES

Supreme Court while hearing petitions challenging the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, has directed that no further suits shall be registered against places of worship till further orders and no effective interim or final orders shall be passed in pending suits.
