SC: Ban on Firecrackers Required Not Only to Curb Air Pollution but also Noise Pollution - (13 Dec 2024)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court while directing Delhi government and NCR states to decide on a complete year-round ban on firecrackers, has stated that this is the requirement not only to curb the air pollution but noise pollution as well.
