SC Reserves Judgement on Plea by Transwoman Whose Appointment was Cancelled on Gender Identity - (11 Dec 2024)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has reserved its judgement on a plea filed by a transwoman whose services were terminated from two different schools in both Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh after her gender identity was revealed.
