AP HC Declines Stay on Govt. Memo Permitting Higher Rate for Premiere of Pushpa 2 Movie - (09 Dec 2024)

AP HC while dismissing a PIL initiated for challenging the hiked rate of tickets for the movie Pushpa-2 has observed that the petitioner has failed to satisfy that how the fixation of rates for premier show in regard to high-budget films in any manner contravenes G.O.Ms.No.13, dated 07.03.2022.
