Madras HC: Temple EOs Not Subordinate to Board of Trustees - (23 Jun 2016)

Madras HC has held that Executive Officers (EO) appointed by Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR and CE) Department to administer temples under its control are not subordinate officials either to the Board of Trustees or a Fit Person empowered to govern the temples.
