Delhi HC Pulls Up Ebay against Violation of Its Order - (20 Jun 2016)

Delhi HC has pulled up e-commerce company, ebay, that violation of its order stopping the site from selling products under any name deceptively similar to the ones coined by Eicher Motors, the makers of Royal Enfield motorbikes, would be "viewed seriously".
