BCI: Law Students to Declare Ongoing FIR, Criminal Case before Issuance of Final Marksheets & Degree - (25 Sep 2024)

EDUCATION

BCI has issued a notification making it mandatory for law students to declare any ongoing FIR, criminal case, conviction, or acquittal before issuance of their final marksheets & degrees, failure of which shall result in strict disciplinary action, including withholding of final marksheet & degree.
