Del. HC: Can’t Entertain Plea Challenging Rule Mandating Preservation of Unused Embryos - (24 Sep 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a plea challenging the Rule mandating preservation of all unused gametes or embryos for use on the same recipient. The Court further stated that it cannot decide the policy of the State.
