SC: Temporary Workers in Maharashtra’s PWD Department Entitled to Holiday Benefit - (23 Sep 2024)
LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL
SC while granting relief to temporary workers engaged in the Public Works Department of Maharashtra, has observed that except the daily-wage employees, all other categories of employees are entitled to get such public holidays as are sanctioned by the Government for these categories of employees.
