SC Acquits Parents-in-Law Since Factum of Dowry Demand Wasn’t Proved - (23 Sep 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has acquitted parents-in-law of a deceased woman charged for committing dowry death on the ground that no factum of dowry demand was proved against the parents-in-law.
